Adjust the height of the abduction wedge using the star grip.

3.10.2 Height adjustment
1. Open the star grip and pull out the abduc-
tion wedge completely.
2. Remove the clamping cone and pull out the
star grip with the threaded rod.
3. Set the desired height and
4. Put everything back together in reverse
order.
