The parts consisting reel motor is different between S side and T side. However,

how to replace the reel motor assembly is the same for both sides.

Preparation

Turn the power off.

Remove the upper lid. (Refer to Section 1-1-1.)

Remove the plate MD. (Refer to Section 1-1-1.)

Remove the cassette compartment. (Refer to Section 1-1-2.)

Remove the bottom plate. (Refer to Section 1-1-1.)

Remove the MA-83 board and the DR-327 board. (Refer to Section 1-8.)

Removal

1. Disconnect the Flat Cable

(1) Disconnect the flat cable connected with MS-

54 board.
