Setting input

After setting, don’t turn the power off till “SERV=>” prompt is displayed.

“ROM Writing...” will also be displayed on the display of the front panel while data is written to the

flash ROM.

Never turn off the power of GY-2120 while this is displayed.

a) Baud Rate Setting (Service setting command No.21)

Enter “21” as a command and press the ENTER key.

Enter a number (0 through 4) to set the baud rate and press the ENTER key.

SERV => 21

Serial Baud Rate (default 4)

[0:2400bps/1:4800bps/2:9600bps/3:19200bps/4:38400bps] = 0

BAUD RATE => 4

SERV =>

The baud rate set at that time is valid only when the power of GY-2120 is turned on with SETUP

switch 8 on the rear panel set to ON. (The baud rate is set to 9600 bps when the power of GY-2120 is

turned on with SETUP switch 8 set to OFF.)

b) Ignore Wide Residue Message Setting (Service setting command No. 23)

Enter “23” as a command and press the ENTER key.

Enter 0 or 1 to set the mode of Ignore Wide Residue Message and press the ENTER key.

SERV => 23

Ignore Wide Residue Message Mode (default Report-ON) = Report-OFF

[0:OFF/other(digit):ON] => 1
