If you properly maintain your interactive pen display, it will provide years of use.
Cleaning the screen
Follow these instructions to clean the interactive pen display screen without damaging it or other
product components. You should clean the screen once a week because dirt and dust can stick to the
screen.

Use only a damp cloth to clean the screen. Do not apply glass cleaner, organic solvents
(such as alcohol), or even a mild detergent to the screen. If you use these cleaners, you may
damage the screen’s finish or the unit’s electronics. Using such cleaners also voids the
warranty.

Do not use permanent or dry-wipe markers on the screen. If dry-wipe markers are used on
the screen, remove the ink as soon as possible with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth.

Do not rub the screen with a dense or rough material.
l
Do not apply pressure to the screen.
l
Avoid touching the black reflective tape between the screen and the bezel and ensure that it
stays dry. Damage to this strip affects touch interactivity.
