Spray amount
The spray amount is preset at the factory. However, it
can be adjusted by means of the control valve at the bot-
tom front part of the dentist element.
To make the adjustment loosen the ring (5) counter-
clockwise, adjust the spray by turning the screw (6) and
screw the ring (5) tight again.
This setting is then valid for all burr drives.
Chip blower

foot switch
With a C
+
foot switch, you activate the
chip blower
for a
picked-up instrument by stepping on the right foot switch
button (4). As long as you keep the button pressed, an
air jet escapes from the nozzle of the burr instrument.
C foot switch
With a C foot switch, the cursor jumps directly between
the spray and chip blower keys when you pick up an
instrument. When you swing the foot switch to the right
(D), an air jet escapes from the nozzle of the burr instru-
ment for the duration of actuation. When the chip blower
is active, the green LED in the key is illuminated.
Instrument light ON / OFF
With this key on the dentist element control panel, you
preset the
instrument light
for the picked-up instru-
ment.
If
light ON
is preset, the green LED in the key is illumi-
nated.
When you press the key for more than 3 seconds, the
settings dialog is displayed. Here you
can set a light intensity between 60% and 100% with the
–
/
+
keys.
NOTICE

If more than one instrument is picked up, only the instru-
ment which was picked up first is operative.
