Menu Location function
The
Menu Location
function allows you to control the location of the menu on your TV80
presentation. The menu system is by default located on the right hand side of the TV80
presentation. In some situations, you may find it useful to change the location of the menu
because it can hide part of the TV80 presentation.
How to open
This function is activated on the
Display
menu.
Description
By default, the
Main
menu is open. It is positioned on the
right hand side of the TV80 presentation. The menus are
organized in a tree structure with a main menu, a set of
secondary menus, and several menu buttons.
By selecting
Menu Location
you can change the location of
the menu. The choice you make does not have any effect on the TV80 performance.
Select [ — ] on the left side to place the menu on the left side of the TV80 presentation.
Select [ + ] to place the menu on the right side of the TV80 presentation. You can also select
the middle of the button to open a small menu with the available options.
Tip
Unless you need to make frequent changes to the operational parameters, you may wish to
hide the menu from the TV80 presentation. This will give you more space to present sensor
data. To hide the menu, select
Menu
on the top bar. To retrieve it, select
Menu
one more time.

About dialog box
The TV80 program is released with a specific software version. The
About
dialog box
displays the current version number. The version described in this Reference Manual is 1.3.x.
How to open
This dialog box is opened from the
Display
menu.
