Fault reporting through diagnostics data
The internal monitoring functions (Page 87) recognize specific faults in the Power Output
Module. The corresponding information is provided in the diagnostics data.

Channel fault: Triac breakdown
"Breakdown" means the triac is de-
fective and conducts continuously
even without being activated.
This fault can only be detected if the
power output is switched off. For a
100 % setpoint, the fault can be nei-
ther detected nor indicated.

Channel fault: Fuse tripped or triac
has high resistance

Switch off machine, check
fuse/cabling/heating element and rectify
fault, restart

Channel fault: Heating element /

Switch-off threshold for internal de-

Trip threshold overshot: The heating is
