Behavior of the power outputs
Parameterizable response
The response of the power outputs to an interruption in communication with the higher-level
controller can be defined. For each power output, the following can be parameterized:

Power output is "deactivated" (default).

The power output continues to operate with the most recent valid value.
Non-parameterizable, permanently defined response
The following events always result in deactivation of the power outputs:
●
Overtemperature
●
Failure of the 24V supply voltage on the CIM or POM
●
Voltage not within in range from 207 V to 300 V, or 253 V, when at least one POM low-
end is used (only with PM U/I)
Behavior during startup
The power outputs are "deactivated" until a connection to the higher-level controller has
been established and user data has been transferred.
