Connection panels on the system unit

Connector rows lor WAN/LAN ports

Connector row for a LAN processor (Ethernet).

(formerly

Depending on the model, there are one or two parallel 15-pin sockets

CLn

(a or a and b) available. An automatic fuse for the transceiver supply is

located between these two sockets.

If there are two ports, only one socket per connector row may be

used.

Connect the LAN drop cable to the socket which has the matching

securing mechanism and secure the connector.

CTR.n = Connector row for a LAN processor (Token Ring).

CLCPU = Connector row for the LAN port to the CPU for connection to the Ethernet

(TCP/IP protocol).
