(1) Backlight & LCD power Control
Backlight control and LCD power control can be performed by PSC2 Register control or by SM722G4 control.

15. INVERTER CIRCUIT
The UP-5900 employs the LT1184 made by Liner Technology for control of brightness (analog control).
The LT1184 detects a current flowing through the low voltage side to vary the switching duty of VSW pin, controlling so that a constant current may
flow through the CCFL.
The current flowing through the CCFL can be varied by controlling the current flowing between REF and ICCFL pin of the LT1184.
In the UP-5900, VR1 on the main PWB is operated to change the current flowing between REF and ICCFL pin, controlling the current flowing through
the CCFL and adjusting the brightness.
