Fuel flow reg. problem : A problem appears with fuel pressure regulator, the
system will have to be restarted. If after rebooting, you still have this error,
contact Servomex.
Every time an error occurs, the status contact relay is closed. Moreover, if you
have set the “mA failure mode” to low or high, the 4-20 mA analogue output will
be set according to this setting.
Because the SERVOPRO FID uses explosive gas, the software has built-in
functions to reduce the risk of explosion. If the flame is off for more than 5
minutes and the set point of hydrogen is not 0 cc/min, it will automatically be set
to 0 cc/min and the hydrogen shut off valve will be de-activated.
When one of the gases is not flowing in the analyser, it is normal
that the flame goes off. It is also normal that the flame goes off when
there is no sample gas into the analyser.
9.2 Over and Under scale
The analyser will display, instead of the reading, under scale or over scale in the
following situation:
Over scale: Range 0-10
reading above 10 ppm
Range 0-100 reading above 100 ppm
Range 0-1000 reading above 1000 ppm
Under scale: Range 0-10 reading below -0.01 ppm
Range 0-100 reading below -0.1 ppm
Range 0-1000 reading below -1 ppm
When SERVOPRO FID is in automatic ranging, the SERVOPRO
FID will change the range instead of displaying over range. In
automatic ranging, over range only occurs when the analyser’s range
is 0 – 1000 ppm.
