Absolutely no modification shall be made to the product and the sender or the authorized dealer will be
Notified immediately should these conditions have been breached.
If ever the sender intends to have any intervention carried out, he or she will transmit to SEAC, within the
following fifteen days, a request stating so in which he or she shall explicitly agree to sustain all costs
relating to the intervention itself, labor, necessary replacement parts and shipping costs.
Otherwise, SEAC will provide for the return of the product at the expense of the sender.
