1 Grundkörper
Der Grundkörper besteht aus längenvariablem
Aluminiumstrangpressprofil.
Standardlängen 435,5 / 633,5 / 831,5 / 1227,5 / 1425,5 mm.
1 Basic body
The basic body is an extruded aluminium section and is
available in various lengths.

1.1 Ventiltechnik
Die Ventiltechnik ist im Grundkörper integriert.
Die Ventiltechnik SW ist eine kostengünstige Ausführung
(z.B. Richtwert für das Ablegen der Werkstücke mit aktivem
Abblasimpuls: ca. 0,5 sec.).
Optimaler Arbeitszyklus siehe unten.
1.1 Valve technology
The valve technology is integrated in the basic body.
The vale module is available with either SW or SVK-W valve
technology.
The valve technology SW is a slower, low-cost technology
(approximate time for release of the workpiece with a blow-
off pulse: 0.5 seconds).
Optimum working cycle: see below.
3 Nutensteinleisten
Die Nutenleisten dienen zur flexiblen mechanischen
Befestigung des Greifers über Nutensteine.
Entsprechende Befestigungskits sind im Kapitel Zubehör
aufgeführt.
3 Slots for slot nuts
These slots permit the flexible mechanical mounting of the
gripper with the aid of slot nuts.
Suitable mounting kits are listed in the section "Accessories".
4 Ejektor
Der Ejektor ist in Leichtbauweise ausgeführt und leicht zu
tauschen. Er ist alternativ mit 2-4 Mehrstufen-
Ejektorsträngen zur optimalen Leistungsanpassung
verfügbar. Der Anschluss ist für 8/6-Schlauch ausgelegt. Bei
einer Länge ab 2 m ist ein Schlauch mit größerem
Innendurchmesser zu wählen.
Der Fließdruck direkt vor dem Ejektor darf 5,5 bar nicht
unterschreiten. Die Überwachung mittels Manometer wird
empfohlen!
4 Ejector
The lightweight ejector is easy to replace. Versions with 2-4
multi-stage ejectors are available for optimum matching to
the intended task. The connector is designed for an 8/6
hose. If the hose length exceeds 2 m, a hose with a larger
internal diameter should be used.
The pressure of the flowing air immediately before the
ejector may not drop below 5.5 bar. We recommend that the
pressure be monitored with a manometer!
5 Enddeckel
Der Enddeckel verfügt über 1/4"-Innengewinde-Anschlüsse.
Diese erlauben den Anschluss eines Vakuumschalters und
Signale für Abblasen.
5 End cover
The end cover carries various connectors with 1/4" female
threads for the connection of a vacuum switch and of signals
for blowing off.
7 Dichtplatte
Die Dichtplatte besteht aus einem technischer Schaum. Das
Raster ist verfügbar in fein (ab Werkstückbreite 40mm) oder
mittel (ab Werkstückbreite 80mm). Die Dichtplatte ist
asymmetrisch gelocht und für einen schnellen Wechsel
ausgelegt. Näheres siehe Kapitel Montage.
Optional gibt es eine Dichtplatte mit selbst reinigender
Filtersiebmatte. Das Eindringen von Schmutz wird dadurch
vermieden und die Wartungsintervalle werden verlängert.
3 Sealing plate
The sealing plate is made of technical foam material and is
available with fine-spaced (for workpiece widths of 30 mm or
greater) or medium-spaced (for workpiece widths of 60 mm
or greater) holes. The holes in the sealing plate are arranged
asymmetrically and the mat is designed for quick
replacement. For further details, see the section
"Installation". A sealing plate with a self-cleaning filter mat is
available as an option. This prevents the entry of dirt and
means that the gripper does not need to be maintained so
frequently.
8 Abdeckung
Zum Wechseln der Schaumdämmeinlagen kann die
Abdeckung mittel zwei Zylinderschrauben demontiert
werden.
8 Cover
For changing the foam insulation inserts, the cover can be
removed by unfastening two machine screws.
