Hinweis
Bei Sonderlängen des FXC-HD-Greifers ist als Ersatzteil die
Wechseldichtplatte des nächst längeren Greifers zu
bestellen, und bei Montage mit einem scharfen Messer zu
kürzen.
Montageanleitung auf der Wechseldichtplatte beachten!
Hinweis bei Dichtplattenwechsel:
Die M3-Schrauben der SVKW-Ventilleisten müssen bei
jedem Schaumwechsel mit 2,2 Nm nachgezogen
werden.
Die M4-Schrauben zur Befestigung der Saugplatte am
U-Blech müssen bei jedem Schaumwechsel mit 1,5 Nm
nachgezogen werden.
Note
If using a gripper with special lengths please order the next
longer Sealing change plate as spare part. When mounting,
please shorten the mat with a sharp knife.
Please see instruction on the Sealing change plate!
Notes for replacing sealing plates:
The M3 screws of the valve banks SVKW must be
tightened to 2.2 Nm every time the foam is changed.
The M4 screws for attaching the suction plate to the
U-plate must be retightened to 1.5 Nm every time the
foam is changed.
