Die Flanschplatte wird direkt auf das FMC-Modul
geschraubt. Über das Elektromagnetventil kann der Befehl
Abblasen aktiv angesteuert werden. Optional gibt es eine
Vakuumschalter zur Erfassung des Systemvakuums am
FMC-Modul.
The flange plate is screwed directly to the FMC module. The
command "Blow off on" can then be controlled actively via
the solenoid valve. A vacuum switch for monitoring the
system vacuum at the FMC module is available as an option.

sind alle Verschleißteile.
