5 Montage einzelner Komponenten / Installation of individual components
5.1 Montage Dichtplatte / Fitting the sealing plate
Ablösen alte Dichtplatte
Dichtplatte abziehen (evtl. mit Fön erwärmen)
Klebereste entfernen (z.B. mit Aceton)
Bohrungen im Grundkörper dürfen nicht durch Klebereste
verstopfen! (Sichtprüfung gegen Licht)
Montage neue Dichtplatte
Die Dichtplatte ist asymmetrisch!
Ausrichtung beachten!
Schutzpapier entfernen
Dichtplatte fest und vollflächig auf den Grundkörper
aufdrücken
Öffnungen in der Dichtplatte und Bohrungen im
Grundkörper müssen fluchten!
Hinweis: Die Oberfläche muss frei sein von: Staub Öl
Oxiden und Kleberesten
Verarbeitungstemperatur: Für Objekt und
Umgebungstemperatur ist ein Bereich von +10°C bis
+40°C zu empfehlen.
Hinweis: Nach dem Aufkleben des Schaums sollte dieser
mindestens für 6 Stunden nicht eingesetzt werden, damit
der Kleber vollständig abbindet.
Removing the old sealing plate
Pull off the old mat (heating it, if necessary, with hot air).
Remove residues of adhesive (e.g. with acetone).
Make sure that the holes are not blocked by residues of
adhesive (hold up to light and look through the holes).
Fitting the new sealing plate
Note that the holes are arranged asymmetrically!
Take care that it is positioned correctly!
Remove the protective paper.
Press the sealing plate against the basic body , applying
firm pressure over its entire area.
Make sure that the holes in the mat are aligned with the
holes in the basic body!
Flexing work causes the foam to become more porous.
When a high number of working cycles is reached, it may
be necessary to replace the foam, even if there is no
visible indication of wear.
Do not use the compressed-air pistol to clean the foam.
To do so would make the foam porous in those places
where compressed air is applied
