Preparation
Drain frying oil/frying grease into the container
and filter it; see page 61 in Chapter 9.1.
CAUTION!
Risk of burns on account of hot
surfaces! The filling tube and the cap will get hot!
Push the filling tube into the cap.
The filling tube must engage perceivably and
audibly.
CAUTION!
Foaming of frying-oil/frying-fat
Observe filling level of the frying oil/frying grease in
the bowl! Do not fill higher than to the filling level
mark! Keep the expansion by heat in mind!
Manual switching on and off of the pump: The filling
process must be supervised and switched off by
hand!
Close the drain tap - swing the lever up and latch.
Repumping
For dual bowl deep fat fryers, the pump is controlled
using the left control panel.
The appliance must be switched off (three points will
light up in the display).
Start the pumping procedure - press the “Temperature/Pump”
button and hold it for 3 seconds.
The indicator light in the button comes on and the pump starts.
Please observe: The intake time may last up to three minutes.
Once the filling level of the frying oil/frying grease has been reached in the bowl, switch the the pump
off - press the button“Temperature/Pump”
and hold it for one second.
After the pump time of 5 minutes has been exceeded, the pump will be switched off automatically.
The indicator light in the button goes out.

Removing the filling tube
CAUTION!
Risk of burns on account of hot
surfaces! The filling tube and the cap are hot, if hot
frying oil/frying grease was pumped!
Hold the filling tube and push cap toward the bot
tom.
Unplug the filling tube and allow to drain empty in
the bowl and to drip dry.
