Using these operating instructions
Please read the operating instructions thoroughly before starting to use the appliance.
The operating instructions contains important information for operating and installing the appliance
properly.
Always keep the documents accompanying the appliance close to hand and pass these on with the appli
ance to any new owner.
The owner of the appliance must ensure that the operating instructions are accessible to the staff em
ployed to operate the appliance.

Use as intended
The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated

by trained personnel,

if the appliance is supervised,
−
for the purpose designated in the operating instructions.
The appliance may only be used for the preparation of foodstuffs. E. g. for deep frying meat, fish, pota
toes, vegetables, confections, filled pastries and baked goods.
The appliance may only be used with liquid cooking fat or oil.
The cooking fat or oil must be specially suited for deep frying.

Misuse

The appliance must not be operated,

in the open,

with water in all conditions of the appliance or other, inappropriate fluid for the intended use,

for melting of wax or similar material.
The appliance must not be used,

by children,

by persons with restricted physical, sensory or mental abilities and

untrained personnel.
