7.5.2 Cost Center Group Administration
By clicking Cost center group administration a
list with all cost center groups available in the
system pops up.
As in case of cost center administration, the
input mask for cost center administration can be
opened by clicking
Add
in the toolbar below
the main window.
In order to modify an entry, select this entry in
the list and press the
Modify
button in the
toolbar on the right side.

The field
Name
shall include a unique name for
the cost center group.
The field Status defines whether job category
limits can be used for this cost center group in
ROWE SCAN/COPY/PRINT APP.

After successful definition of the cost center
group, cost centers can be added to this group.
For this purpose, corresponding buttons are
displayed in the toolbar under the main
window.
They are used similar to the buttons of the cost
center administration.
