Under the

Flow Rate

heading (fully compensated mass and energy flow feature board only), the type of

flow calculation (mass or volumetric) is displayed by the indicators on the right side of the box. The

Flow Calculation Type

may be edited by selecting the

Configure Flow Calculation Type

button. The

Damping

and

Units

of the

Flow Rate

may also be edited under this heading.

Note

The flow calculation within the device uses undamped process variables. Flow rate damping is set
independently of measured process variables.
