5. By using the video trigger, elicit triggering on the rising edge of the burst and shift 

the start of burst to the center of the screen.

The R&S FSQ shows a static image with the GSM burst at the start of the trace.

6. Configure the power measurement in the time domain.

Using the rotary knob, move the vertical line to the start of the burst.
