Scintillation counter

SmartLab: Automated Multipurpose X-ray Diffractometer

Scintillation counter

The scintillation counter is attached to the detector adaptor. It detects x-rays
received by the receiving optics.

Check whether the scintillation counter is installed from SmartLab Guidance.

Scintillation counter

When detecting x-rays from the receiving optics directly (in absence of

the diffracted beam monochromator), install the scintillation counter
to the base with the Allen wrench provided.
