Connecting a ModBus meter to the Power Storage DC (with or without radio transmitter 
module)   

The use of a bidirectional meter with Modbus connection, instead of the Power Sensor, can be beneficial under certain 
conditions, e.g. bridging of long distances to the house connection point. 

Connections over distances of up to 500m are possible. If it is not possible or unpractical to lay cables over this distance a 
radio transmitter (868 MHz frequency band) can be used instead. 

The Power Storage DC is equipped for the connection of the following meter type:
