ppbRAE 3000 User’s Guide

Hygiene Mode

The instrument usually operates in Hygiene Mode, which provides
basic functionality. However, it is possible to operate it in a second
mode called Search Mode. Here are the primary differences:

Hygiene Mode:

Automatic measurements, continuously running

and datalogging, and calculates additional
exposure values.

Search Mode:

Manual start/stop of measurements and display

of certain exposure values.
