User Manual 3153

Using The Instrument 3-15

Note

The default output function of the generator is the sine
waveform. The instrument uses filters to generate this
waveform. Therefore, the state of the OUTP:FILT can not be
changed until another output function is selected. A settings
conflict error will occur if one attempts to change the filter
state before changing to another output function.

The default filter setting is NONE, meaning that no filter is selected after
power on. A setting of 1 and 2 are different for each channel. Below is
a list of filter types that can be switched in using this command. The
command ALL is used to switch in both filters.

queries the currently selected filter setting and returns either NONE, 1,
