Amplitude-Offset Interaction

Description

Offset voltage is injected at the input of the output amplifier.
Therefore, reducing the output amplitude has an automatic
affect on the offset voltage. The 3153 has three internal
amplitude ranges that are transparent to the user.
However, it is necessary to understand these ranges in
case a specific amplitude-offset combination is needed.
The relationship between the internal amplitude ranges,
their respective offset ranges and the resultant peak range
limits are given in the equation and the table below.
