Multi-byte numeric fields are in big-endian format. Each field records the specified
data at the time the event occurred. If the repeat count is one or more, then the
parameter indicates that the specified event occurred multiple times in succession
without any other event type in between, and the fields contain the values
corresponding to the most recent occurrence of the event.
