Also, if the customer has an existing Centrify installation and has a zone
they want you to use, note the name of that zone and specify that zone,
instead of _
quantum_sfu,
when configuring the Linux Samba server. In
this case you can also skip to installing Centrify DirectControl on the
Linux system.

Before you Begin
Before you install Centrify, you should be aware of the considerations
described in this section. Some of the considerations apply after
installing Centrify, so read this entire section before beginning the
installation, and then after installing Centrify verify that the
considerations have been addressed.
Note:
Names used in the examples are for sample purposes only. Use
your actual names when running the recommended
commands.
Centrify Samba (A10) and Active Directory Require Extra
Configuration
According to Centrify, it is important to install the following
components in the following order:
• DNS
• Active Directory
• Identity Management For Unix
• (Optional) Add Users (for example, “account1” and “legal1”) to the
Active Directory domain (for example, “selab.local”)
• (Optional) Add site administrative user (for example, “qadmin”) and
assign administrative privileges.
