Transposition of the poles of both word clock signal lines of the YAMAHA Y2 interface leads to a
logically inverted word clock signal. This means that the channel assignment of the interface is
exchanged. It also causes a delay time difference of 1 sample between left and right channels. This
menu item enables the user to correct errors resulting from faulty equipment or cables without the
need to resort to attacking such equipment with screwdriver and soldering-iron.
