Decoder Edition

User Manual

Page 73 of 88

Remove the battery by inserting a small flat blade
screwdriver between the bottom of the battery and the
battery holder as shown. Twist the screwdriver between
the battery and the holder to pop the battery out. Do

NOT

lift or pull the battery up. It might pull the battery holder off
of the PC board. Hold the battery holder down while
twisting the screwdriver to be sure. Twist so the right side
which

doesn’t have contact on top of the battery comes up

first.

Important reminder: DO NOT put any upward force on
the battery holder!
