The Keyer Inside
The SideKar Decoder Edition can send CW to any rig that has
a straight key input.
The SideKar Decoder Edition offers the following keyer features:
•
Speed Change
– use the left/right arrows on the
keyboard, or press Alt-S and enter a specific speed.
Each press of the left arrow decreases the speed 2
wpm, and a press of the right arrow increases the
speed 2 wpm. The left/right arrows can be used while
the
Alt-S screen is displayed.
•
Paddle Swap
– changes the paddle from dits on the left
and dahs on the right to the opposite. Press Alt-X to
toggle between the 2 options.
•
Key Mode
– 4 key modes are available. Press
Alt-M to
cycle through these modes:
o
Iambic A
o
Iambic B
o
Ultimatic
o
Bug Mode
