Configure qos policy-maps.

Configure queuing policy-maps and assign network bandwidth. Divide the
network bandwidth evenly between FcoE and NIC traffic.

Configure network-qos policy maps and set up the PFC for no-drop traffic
class.

Apply the new policy (PFC on NIC and FcoE traffic) to the entire system.
