This sets the sensor delay.
As soon as the sensor gives a signal, this can be influenced by an ON
delay and OFF delay.

In that case, the sensor must be covered longer before the machine
actually receives the signal (ON delay); it is also possible to keep the
signal high while the sensor is already uncovered (OFF delay).
