4. Remove any faults present on the machine by
pressing the reset button on the palletiser control
panel
5. Check whether the machine switches to
‘STOPPED’ status, if not check which faults with the
action ABORT are still in the alarms list.
Clear these faults before continuing. You will have
to repeat step 4.
6. To get the machine to RESETTING, press the reset
button again.

In the ‘RESETTING’ step, the machine
parts are automatically referenced
(homed) if the faults are present. You
can recognize them by the alarm
action ‘REFERENCE’
7. Once all parts have been referenced (homed), the
machine status will jump to ‘IDLE’.
If not yet, switch the mode selector switch to
position ‘AUTO’.
8. Enter the desired production details;
Choose the desired production selection

Infinite
-
Pallets
-
Batch
First choose the right program
Check:
-
Number of layers on pallet is correct
-
Pallet type
-
Choice of sheets (if available)
