Machine is in operating state.
PRODUCTION: Machine automatically produces according to
set production settings
MANUAL MODE: Manual controls can be performed.
From this state it is possible to jump to ‘HELD’ or
‘SUSPENDED’ in production mode when Alarms / Warnings
occur. This depends on the Alarm/Warning action
In production mode it is possible to empty the machine
(COMPLETING) by pressing the button ‘EMPTY’ for approx. 3
seconds.
In production mode it is possible to pause the machine
(SUSPENDED) by pressing the ‘PAUSE’ button for approx.
1.5 seconds.
HOLDING

Machine is stopped. Machine will stop in a controlled manner.
This means that the modules that are without any faults will
complete their movement/step but not start a new one.
Reasons can be:

Faults with ‘HOLD’ action
HELD

Machine is stopped and waiting for
‘Restart’ command
from the operator.
It is possible to reset the machine in this step.
UN-HOLDING
X
Command to restart the machine has been given. During this
step the machine will also try to reset all faults (with action
‘HOLD’).
Machine will try again to go to EXECUTE by restarting parts.
SUSPENDING
X
Machine is stopped. Machine will stop in a controlled manner.
This means that the modules that are without any faults will
complete their movement/step but not start a new one.
Reasons can be:

No removal of pallets possible

Too little material (Sheets/Pallets)
SUSPENDED

Machine has stopped.
Once the external influences have been resolved
Removal is possible
Supply of products available
Material in order, pallet dispensers (sufficiently)
stocked
Then the machine will restart automatically.
The operator can also restart the machine by pressing start.

SUSPENDING
X
External machine parts are ready for operation.
Machine will start up machine parts and go back to EXECUTE
