Alarms, messages and troubleshooting
The PiCCO
2
displays alarms, warnings and additional important information with different priorities.
Categories:
Priority

Alarm: Emergency, immediate

Messages with the same priority are displayed alternately.
Setting of acoustic alarm:

Selection of the loudspeaker symbol directly leads to setting of the alarm volume.
The volume and the status of the acoustic alarm are displayed on the right side of the information bar.

Suppression of acoustic alarm
The acoustic alarm can be temporarily paused. As long as the alarm condition exists the acoustic alarm can
be heard again after:

2 minutes in case of parameter alarm
x
5 minutes in case of battery alarm
WARNING:
Before using the device the setting of the alarm limits and the alarm volume must be
checked for their suitability for the respective patient.
If an alarm condition arises while the alarm is suppressed, only the optical warning will be given.
