3.2.3 TIPPING FRAME

The complete tipping frame consists of three cooperating frames which are made of steel

closed profiles: rear frame (1), central frame (2) and telescopic hook frame (3) – figure (3.4).

The rear part of the complete tipping frame is connected with the trailer's lower frame by

means of pins which are pivot points when tipping the load box. The front part of the trailer's

lower frame is connected with the central frame (2) by means of two hydraulic cylinders (4).

The hook (5) (for load boxes made according to DIN 30722-1 and SS 3021 standards) is

equipped with a gravity safety latch which prevents unlocking the load box eye during

operation and transport.
