comprises:

The use of a headrest is recommended, as

28.3 Marking
Wheelchairs tested according to ISO 7176-19
and approved for transporting passengers in
motor vehicles are marked with the following
karabiner symbol:

28.4 Fastening the wheelchair in the
vehicle
Information about the fastening points for
wheelchairs with and without transport restraint
system is provided in the following.
Fastenings for wheelchairs
with transport
restraint system
: the transport restraint sys-
tem connections on the product (transport
restraint system connection on the rear frame
and bearing block intermediate plate) are
marked with the above mentioned karabiner
symbol.
Transport restraint connection on the rear
frame: The frame inlet can be used for in-
stalling the mount for the hip strap as well
as for fixing the buckle that joins the rear
retractor with the vehicle. As an alternative
to the belt buckle, a transport restraint sys-
tem connection with belt eye may also be
attached.
