Following are the minimum system requirements to install and run the Web

Downloading the Web

Video Plug-In Software

When a Web

Office

user joins a video conference, the system automatically checks to see if

the user has a supported Polycom video endpoint attached. If not, they are given the
opportunity to download the Web

Video Plug-in software. The Web

Plug-in is installed as a standalone software, and is completely compatible with all

environments.

Video Plug-in software is for use with Web

Office

only, and does not include

its own user interface. No license is required. The Web

Video Plug-in software

supports third party Web cameras and the ability to receive and view video stream if you do
not have a video endpoint.

Video Plug-in software can be downloaded at any time directly from the

Web site, or the user is offered the option to download the software when

joining a Web

meeting without a supported Polycom video endpoint.
