Update an Existing 6.X Version

The following section describes how to update an existing 6.X version of Web

Office

version 7.0.1.

To update an existing Polycom Web

Office

software package:

Insert the CD into the CD drive.

From the

Start

menu, select

Run

Enter

D:/Setup

, where D is the CD drive name, and then click

Installation Wizard

Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation process.

The following

Setup

window opens, indicating that an older version of Web

Office

exists on your computer. Click

Next

to continue with the installation.

The

Software License Agreement

window opens.

Select

I accept the agreement

and click

Next

to accept and continue.

Click

Next
