Alarm Data Management
Go to the “Advanced” page and click the menu “Database”
“Alarm Data
Management” and the “Alarm Data Management” page displays. You can decide
how to retain the alarm images after a triggered event. Enter the number of days or
the amount of hard drive space that you wish to retain your recorded surveillance
data up to.
Note: This function is only available for event trigger recordings. Auto-recordings will
overlap itself, once the hard disk is full.
To configure Data Management settings:
1. “Retain the data according to the preset time frame.”: you are able to retain
your alarm images for
10-90
days.
2. “Retain the data according to the available disk space.”: set the maximum
available hard drive space from
5 to 50
GB. With the increased alarm images,
when the available disk space is reaching the value set, the existing alarm
images will be deleted from the hard drive.
3. Click “Submit” button to save the settings.
