Center Display
1 Main menu display
The cente r dis p lay’s menus a r e changed by using the
BROWSE button, MIX button, EFFECT button, and UTILITY
button. The function buttons, select u p (  )/down(  ) buttons,
LOAD A/B
buttons, and the r ota r y selecto r dial a r e used to
mani p ulate the contents of each menu.
BROWSE screen
Use to select t r acks and const r uct p laylists (P. 26).
MIX screen
Use to p e r fo r m mixing o p e r ations, including auto mix using
p laylists (P. 42).
EFFECT screen
Use to select sc r atch p lay and va r ious effects used in jog b r eak
p lay (P. 39).
UTILITY screen
Use to make unit settings (P. 60).
2 Function tab
Dis p lays items that can be changed using the six function
buttons. Items dis p layed diffe r de p ending on the contents
shown on the main menu dis p lay.
3 A/B track information display
Dis p lays t r ack info r mation and cu rr ent status fo r t r acks
p laying on cont r olle r A/B.

1 Track number display
Dis p lays the numbe r of the t r ack cu rr ently p laying.
2 TEMPO control range display (±6, ±10, ±16, WIDE)
Dis p lays the selected va r iable r ange mode of the TEMPO
adjust slide r .
3 TEMPO change ratio display
Dis p lays the change in tem p o pr oduced by the o p e r ation of the
TEMPO adjust slide r .
4 A.CUE indicator
Lights when the Auto Cue function is ON.
5 Time display
Dis p lays the cu rr ent t r ack’s ela p sed time ([
REMAIN
] indicato r
is off), o r r emaining time ([
REMAIN
] indicato r is lighted), in
minutes [ M ], seconds [ S ], and f r ames [ F ].
6 Playing address display
To pr ovide a quick intuitive g r as p of the r elative pr og r ess of a
t r ack’s p layback (eithe r ela p sed time o r r emaining time), a ba r
g r a p h is used to r e pr esent the full length of the t r ack.
• Ela p sed time dis p lay: Sta r ts with all segments off, then
g r adually lights f r om left to r ight.
• Remaining time dis p lay: Sta r ts with all segments on, then
g r adually goes off f r om left to r ight.
• When 30 seconds of r emaining p laying time is r eached, the
g r a p h begins to flash slowly.
• When 15 seconds of r emaining p laying time is r eached, the
g r a p h begins to flash quickly.
7 BPM display
Shows the cu rr ently p laying t r ack’s BPM (Beats Pe r Minute)
8 MEMO indicator
Lights when a cue o r loo p p oint has been sto r ed in memo r y.
9 REMAIN indicator
Lights when the time dis p lay is set fo r r emaining time.
Indicates t r ack is cu rr ently p laying.
Indicates t r ack is cu rr ently p aused.
Indicates t r ack is cu rr ently in cue standby
condition (see P. 36 “SETTING CUE POINTS”).

Eu r o p ean languages, Russian, Chinese (sim p lified
Manda r in), and Ja p anese.
