6 SETTING
6.1 SETTING PROCESSING PARAMETERS
In liquid-solid separation, optimising the processing of each
product and the related process involves a compromise
between the following:

The centrifuge extractor is supplied complete with a series
of regulator rings for changing the thickness of the ring of
liquid in the bowl.
Furthermore an replacing the regulotor ring (see par.5.2) to
optimize the process is required.
In order to change the bowl’s speed and the differential
speed of the scroll-bowl, ask for the Technical Assistance of
PIERALISI and refer to paragraph 5.4.

Nella separazione liquido-solido l’ottimizzazione della lavo-
razione di ciascun prodotto e relativo processo deve essere

In dotazione all’estrattore centrifugo viene fornita all’Utente
una serie di anelli di regolazione, onde variare lo spessore
dell’anello liquido nel tamburo.
