5.
Fold down the
front panel of the housing
and
lift the
innercover.
Grab the rotor only when wearing gloves since the
blades have sharp edges (danger of injury).
6.
Lift out the rotor.
(If the motor coupling jams, carefully
turn the rotor into the right position by hand.)
7.
Install a
new UVC pipe
of the brand Philips Type TUV
16W4P-SE. Only original spare parts may be installed.
(
Caution!
Donot touch the pipe on the glass part!) Press
the rubber sealfirmly into the immersion pipe and close
it off with the cover.
8.
Reassemble
the device.
9.
Plug in the
mains cable
.
10.
In case of
scale deposits
in the device and on the rotor,
the hardness of water must be set 1 to 2 levels higherin
the Expert menu.
11.
Reset the operating hours meter with
Reset UVC
in the
Expert menu.
12.
Perform the
UVC Calibration
in the Expert menu.
(See Chapter 12 Commissioning.)

The
UV Calibration
must always be performed when the
UVC pipe is exchanged.
(See Chapter 12 Commissioning)
13.
The maintenance is completed.
