7.4.1 Demontage

Fig. 17 - 25 und 31

Für den Lagerwechsel muß die Turbo-
pumpe kalt und auf Atmosphären-
druck belüftet sein. Wenn nötig Turbo-
pumpe aus der Anlage ausbauen.

Achtung!

Pumpe muß zuerst in waagerechte
Position gebracht werden. Der Vorva-
kuumflansch muß nach unten zeigen.

– Betriebsmittel ablassen, Betriebsmit-

telpumpe gemäß Abschnitt 7.1.2
ausbauen und ggf. reinigen.

– Betriebsmittelbehälter 43 demontie-

ren (Fig. 19), vier Innensechskant-
schrauben 46 herausschrauben
(Fig. 31).

Achtung!
Der Steckverbinder 83 mit Verbin-
dungskabel darf bei der Durchführung
durch die Bohrung (Fig. 31) nicht ver-
kantet werden.

– Aus der Lagerfassung 51, von den

vier Schrauben 82 (SW3), zwei
gegenüberliegende herausdrehen,
die zwei Gewindebolzen “B” (Fig.20)
einschrauben und die zwei Rändel-
muttern “D” (Fig. 20) aufschrauben
und fest anziehen.

– Die beiden anderen Schrauben 82

(SW3) herausdrehen.

– Beide Rändelmuttern “D” gleich-

mäßig herausdrehen bis kein Druck
mehr auf die Rändelmuttern wirkt.
Der Rotor 48 ist jetzt blockiert
(Fig. 21). Sollte die Lagerfassung 51
keinen Druck auf die Rändelmuttern
ausüben, ist die Turbopumpe noch
nicht ausreichend abgekühlt.

– Rändelmuttern “D” abschrauben.
– Spritzmutter 49 (Fig. 22) mit dem

Innensechskantschlüssel SW4 her-
ausdrehen

(Linksgewinde).

– Abzieher “C” in die beiden gegenü-

berliegenden Gewindebohrungen
M5 der Lagerfassung 51 einschrau-
ben und diese herausziehen
(Fig. 23).

Achtung!
Ausgleichsring 81 herausnehmen
(Fig. 24) und diesen zur ausgebauten
Lagerfassung 51 legen (Verwechs-
lungsgefahr mit neuem Ausgleichs-
ring!).

7.4.1 Dismantling:

Fig. 17 - 25 and 31

For bearing changes the pump must
be cold and vented to atmospheric
pressure. If necessary, remove the
turbo pump from the system.

Please note:

The pump mut first be placed in a
horizontal position. The fore vacuum
flange must point downwards.

– Drain pump fluid. Detach pump fluid

pump as per Section 7.1.2 and clean
as necessary.

– Dismantle pump fluid reservoir 43

(Fig. 19) and remove the 4  screws
46 (Fig. 31).

Caution:
Do not tilt the connecting cable plug
83 so as to avoid difficulty in threa-
ding the plug through the boring
(Fig. 31).

– Unscrew two (opposing) of the four

screws 82 (SW 3) from bearing hou-
sing 51, screw in 2 studs “B” (Fig.
20) onto which the two knurled nuts
“D” should be screwed tight (Fig.
20).

– Screw out the other two  screws 82

(SW 3).

– Screw off the two knurled nuts “D”

evenly until pressure no longer acts
on them. Rotor 48 is now locked
(Fig. 21). If bearing housing 51 is not
exerting pressure on the knurled
nuts, the turbo pump has not cooled
down sufficiently.

– Screw off knurled nuts “D”.
– Screw out splash nut 49

(left-hand

thread) using an Allan key SW 4.

– Screw in motor part pulling tool “C”

into the two opposing threaded
holes M5 of bearing housing 51 and
extract (Fig. 23).

Caution;
Remove compensating ring 81
(Fig. 24) and place with the dismant-
led bearing housing 51 (danger of
confusion with the new compensating
ring).

7.4.1 Démontage

Fig. 17 - 25 et 31

Pour le changement de palier, la
pompe turbo doit être froide et aérée
sur la pression atmosphérique. Si
nécessaire, démonter la pompe de
l’installation.

Attention!

La pompe doit d'abord être position-
née horizontalement. La bride de vide
primaire doit être orientée vers le bas.

– Vider le fluide moteur, démonter la

pompe de fluide moteur suivant cha-
pitre 7.1.2 et éventuellement la net-
toyer.

– Démonter le réservoir de fluide

moteur 43 (Fig. 19), dévisser quatre
vis 46 (Fig. 31).

Attention!

(Fig. 20).

– Dévisser les deux autres vis 82

(SW3).

– Dévisser les deux écrous moletés

“D” régulièrement jusqu’à ce que
aucune pression ne soit axercée sur
les écrous moletés. Le rotor 48 est
maintenant bloqué (Fig. 21). Si le
corps du palier 51 n’exerçait pas de
pression sur les écrous moletés, la
pompe turbo ne serait pas suffisam-
ment refroidie.

– Dévisser les écrous moletés “D”.
– Dévisser l’écrou de barbotage 49

(Fig. 22) avec la clef Allen SW4

(file-

tage à gauche).

– Visser l’extracteur “C” dans les deux

alésages filetés M5 placés à l’opposé
du corps du palier 51 et l’extraire
(Fig. 23).

Attention!
Enlever la bague de compensation 81
(Fig. 24) et placer celle-ci sur le corps
du palier démonté 51 (danger de con-
fusion avec la nouvelle bague de com-
pensation!).
