4.1.2 Inspection Time
Inspection time refers to the total time required for the following four inspections.
1 Exposure time 0.03 - 50.00 ms, set the exposure time in TEACHING mode
2 Transfer time 4 ms: Fixed

OFF 19 ms = Computation time (10) + exposure time (5) + transmission time (4)
ON 30 ms If the total time is less than 30ms when internal trigger is ON, the
device is forced to wait until 30ms.

Computation time for Color Pattern Matching slightly differs depending on the measurement
condition and inspection position. The conditions of computation time above is as follows:
Template size: 64 x 48 pixels

After changing product types, it takes approximately 50ms longer than normal inspection time for
the first inspection.
•
If you execute inspection monitoring images and measurement results with AETOOL, it takes 0.6
to 1.2 second longer than the inspection time shown in the table above.
