Execution
The ways of mesurement execution
Internal trigger: ON
Measurement is automatically executed by switching to RUN mode.
Internal trigger: OFF
After switching to RUN mode, input the TRIGGER signal to external devices or
press the TRIGGER button.
Judged measurement results
The LightPixAE20 outputs these judgement results to parallel ports of OUT1 to OUT3
