3.3 Paper Source

This function sets the paper side or sides to be scanned.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
•

When both sides of a document are to be scanned, they are scanned at the same
time, and the front side is output first followed by the back side.

ISIS configuration method

In the [Paper Source] list box, select Simplex, Duplex, Flatbed (

only)

or Automatic (

only).

•

When Automatic is selected,
— if there is a document on the ADF, the document is scanned from the ADF.
— if there is no document on the ADF, the document is scanned from the

flatbed.

However, the feature may not be effective depending on an application.
