IMPORTANT NOTE:
•

When the [Advanced Image Enhancements] check box is set to off, all the items in
the [Binary Image] tab, [Gray Image] tab and [Color Image] tab are returned to their
default values with the exception of the [Halftone], [Automatic], [Brightness],
[Contrast], [Image Emphasis] and [Drop Out] displayed in the [Image Enhance] tab.

You can give names to the configured scanning conditions and then save them under
these names. Up to 50 conditions can be saved. You can call saved scanning
conditions at any time from the [Custom Profiles] list box in the [TWAIN] dialog box.
If a saved configuration is changed after calling the configuration, it will change to a
temporary configuration.

How to save scanning conditions

1

After performing the settings, press the [Save Setting...] button in the [TWAIN]
dialog box.

The [Save Setting] dialog box is now displayed. Input a name, and press the
[OK] button.

•

Input a name consisting of not more than 50 characters.

•

Upper- and lower-case letters are managed as the same letters for the
names.

How to delete scanning conditions

1

In the [TWAIN] dialog box, select the setting which is to be deleted, from the
[Custom Profiles] list box.

2

When the [Delete] button is pressed, the specified configuration is deleted from
the [Custom Profiles] list box.
