◆ If the Communication Speed is Slow

●

Are the communication speed and communication mode of the

device accurately configured?

If the proper signal indicating the communication mode cannot

be obtained, operate it with the half-duplex mode.

Reconfirm the configuration of an auto-negotiation.

Do not set the communication device to the forced full-duplex, as the

opponent.

●

Is the usage of the network connected to the device too high?

If yes, isolate the device from the network.

◆ If Your Device does not Work

●

Is the device becoming link-up?

If the power-saving mode and EEE (IEEE802.3az, Ethernet functions

with the power-saving model) are enabled, the link of the connected

devices may not function, depending on the type of devices to connect

each other.

Change the configuration as follows.

1. Change the configuration from the power-saving mode to

“Half” or “Disabled”.

2. Change the configuration from EEE (IEEE802.3az) to "Dis-

abled".

●

Is the port LED (right side) lighting up with an orange color?

If the port LED (right side) lights up with the color, the port blocks

ports with a function of detecting and blocking loops.

Wait for more than the recovery time before the auto-recovery of

detecting and blocking loops. Otherwise, deactivate to block ports

from the setting-screen.
